HOPE2019 Exhibitor Registration Will Open On August 1st!
Your organization/ministry will be able to connect with conference participants and provide information regarding services and resources. Please note the general information and guidelines below. All organizations attending the conference must be registered. Available spaces will be filled on a first come basis. You can register below. For questions please contact, email@example.com.

Exhibitor Set Up - 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM.
All exhibitors will be listed in the conference booklet.
An 8ft rectangular table, two chairs, lunch bottled water and snacks with be provided.
Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading/finding tables.
Tables will be labeled with each organization upon arrival.
Lanyard tags (2 representatives as submitted on the registration form will be available upon arrival)
All exhibitors need to remain available until 5:30 PM as participants exit the closing session.
Exhibitors may begin tearing down at 5:30 PM.
HOPE Adoption Conference IS NOT responsible for travel or lodging expenses for exhibitors.
Guidelines for Exhibitors
Please come under the name of your organization. No exceptions.
Please respect the other participating organizations/ministries and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
Please respect the church grounds and facility.
